One of London’s best and modern Indian restaurants Moti Mahal has introduced a new a la carte menu.

Talented head chef Anirudh Arora is overseeing a menu which features a range of starters and mains which follow his trademark cooking with dishes which have contemporary ingredients and presentation, yet remain resolutely Indian in taste.

Starters include patties, made of summer vegetables seasoned with curry spices and baked in puff pastry, along with murghi nazakat, featuring mint and basil grilled supreme of chicken with mustard seed and grape chutney. Highlights amongst the mains are kozhi varatiathu, made of chicken simmered in brown onion sauce with Malabar spices, steamed idli and coconut herb chutney, as well as posto mach, made of pan-fried baby mullets with poppy seeds and smoked paprika, roasted aubergine and tomato mash.
