Bristol’s Season of Glorious Food

Bristol is a city focussed on good food and drink. This summer, the city’s love of fine cuisine will become even clearer for all to see, with news that a new Wine and Food Fair will be added to its already heaving line-up.

The season of food will begin with the Bristol Vegan Fayre fro 31 May to 1 June 2008, which is expected to attract 10,000 people to the 170+ stalls and will involve cookery demonstrations, live bands, fashion shows and caterers – covering all aspects of vegan life.

The Vegan Fayre will be followed by the new Wine and Food Fair from 11-13 July, which is expected to attract around 15,000 people and will be an exhibition of the best fine wine, fine dining and good food. There will also be a spotlight on the excellent produce available in the South West and top local chefs.
