Black Garlic Coming to the UK

Black garlic, the ingredient, which features a sweet, balsamic flavour with garlic undertones and contains all the health benefits of regular garlic but with nearly twice the antioxidants, coming to the UK. Black Garlic Limited will be producing this unique ingredient in the UK making it more accessible for chefs. Previously, it was only produced in the US and South Korea but, due to a stark increase in demand, the product has hit UK shores. Katy Heath, Black Garlic founder said, “It is no longer a boutique ingredient for top chefs alone, but a component of many people’s everyday cooking.”
