With head chef Jatinder Singh and consultant chef Bhawan Bhatt at the helm, the restaurant has introduced a number of new dishes with a mix of contemporary and traditional dishes on the new menu. Emphasis has been given to a range of seafood items, with additions to the list including the seafood platter, Goan mussels, coconut scallops, soft shell crab with spicy squid, along with Delhi style chicken, as well as set thalis. “Our customers have reacted very positively to our new menu,” said Amit Dua, director for Green Chilli. “We have also made appoint of having some very good wines on the menu, particularly to match them with the dishes.” I n the meantime, a new restaurant, Lahori Spice, by the same team as Green Chilli, has been launched in Tooting.
